The at-large volunteer is chosen by an application process. The Leaders' Council reviews National Congress chaperone applications at their July meeting. This opportunity is a unique and valuable opportunity for Montana 4-H volunteers. Chaperones are able to work with a small number of very excited and motivated award winners and help them to appreciate this once in a life time experience to attend National 4-H Congress. Chaperones will be expected to manage on site travel details, event schedules and activities as well as any emergency procedures necessary. But the most important role is to support the youth participants so they may have the most positive experience possible. Please complete the following questions with this in mind.
To complete your application, submit one letter of recommendation from the MSU Extension Agent in your county and one letter of support from another person associated with your 4-H program work.

After clicking "submit application" button below you will be prompted to browse and upload these files.

Thank you for submitting an application for National 4-H Congress chaperone. The Montana 4-H Leaders Council will review the submitted applications and will be contacting you shortly after their July meeting.
